What Can We Represent You For?

You are entitled to several forms of recovery as a result of your injuries from a car wreck. You are entitled to financial compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, permanent disfigurement, lost wages/loss of earning capacity and property damages. The below information expands on these forms of recovery.

Pain and suffering is almost self-explanatory. You are entitled to compensation for the physical pain that you feel as a result of your injuries.

Mental Anguish is mental pain. Common examples of mental pain after a wreck includes anxiety and/or depression. Anxiety from being in a car again fearful of being hit again and depression from not being able to do what you used to be able to do before are very common.

Physical Impairment has to do with what you are unable to do after a car wreck that you were able to do before the car wreck. You are entitled to compensation for the time it takes to hopefully get back to 100%.

Examples of permanent disfigurement are scarring and amputations.

Lost wages is the income you have lost as a result of the car wreck and loss of earning capacity is the income you will lose in the future for not being able to earn the same income you were once able to do.

Property damage is either the cost to fix your car or the actual cash value of your car. Property damage includes car seats so if you have been involved in any wreck no matter the impact, the insurance company must replace the car seat. You are also entitled to loss of use of your vehicle and/or a rental vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop or being inspected by the insurance company and for the diminished value of your vehicle.

Make sure you have an experienced and knowledgeable attorney to represent you for your car wreck.
